Our primary service channels include a telephone service hotline, remote backend maintenance, and on-site support.
Warranty Terms
Standard Warranty Provisions:
1 year of hardware repairs;
1 year of software upgrades;
1 year of on-site support, including 3 non-product-related service visits;
7 days a week, 8 hours a day telephone technical support with a 4-hour response time;
7 days a week, 24 hours a day email technical support.
