1. College diploma or above in procurement management, electronics, plastics or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 5 years' procurement experience, including 3+ years in equivalent managerial roles; preference given to candidates with experience at renowned domestic or international enterprises.

3. Thorough understanding of the characteristics and properties of materials required for company production, familiarity with market supply conditions, and knowledge of internal management processes.

4. Establish and maintain a robust and competitive supplier base in accordance with supply chain management objectives; develop qualified new suppliers; lead supplier performance management; optimise material procurement costs.

3. Capable of independently developing client relationships.
